What elections are taking place this year?
Registered voters in Bloomfield will have the opportunity to elect candidates for the following positions: Mayor, all 3 At Large Council Members, First Ward Council Member, State Assembly, and State Governor.
The primary election will take place on June 10, 2025. Early voting begins June 6, 2025. Those voting in person can do so between June 6, 2025 to June 8, 2025 by visiting their county’s designated polling station or on June 10, 2025 at their local polling station.
The general election will be held on November 4, 2025. Early voting for the general election will take place between October 25, 2025 and November 2, 2025.

How do I register to vote?
New Jersey residents can register to vote in two ways: mailing a physical application or completing the online application. The registration deadline is 21 days prior to election day. Please visit NJ’s Division of Election to determine voter registration requirements.
