Originally from South Florida and NYC, Tracy is a seasoned photography expert and an 18-year resident of Bloomfield, bringing over 25 years of experience in the the production industry. With an extensive background in corporate commercial and advertising photography, she has managed large-scale projects and led teams with creativity and precision.
Beyond her professional career in photography, Tracy has dedicated 11 years to education as a higher-level art instructor at Pratt Institute, mentoring students and fostering artistic growth. Recognizing education as a vital foundation for a thriving society, she has combined her artistic expertise with advocacy and entrepreneurship. As the founder of Cupid and Psyche Beauty, an eco-friendly and cruelty-free lipstick company supporting wildlife charities, her work has been featured in Nordstrom, Forbes, The New York Times, and Travel & Leisure. This venture reflects her commitment to environmental sustainability and animal rights.
Tracy currently holds a B.S. in Fine Arts from Florida State University and an A.A.S. in Photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Passionate about advocacy, she was deeply influenced by her mother, a lifelong feminist and activist for women’s rights, animal welfare, and environmental protection. Currently, she serves as Secretary of the Bloomfield Animal Shelter Advisory Board (2023–2025) and was instrumental in founding the Bloomfield Flood Mitigation Advisory Board, where she now serves as Chair. Additionally, as an elected Democratic District Leader for Ward 3-2, she remains engaged in local governance and community initiatives.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga (and is also a certified vinyasa instructor), singing, and supporting the arts. Residing in the 3rd Ward with her husband and their two cats, she remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact in both as a creative and activist.
